This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you use the N.A.T Predicts platform, our website, our WhatsApp participation channel, and our associated media properties including The Gist and New Age Radar (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

5. Prediction Data and Verified History

A core feature of the Platform is your Verified Prediction History — a record of your predictions and whether they were correct or incorrect. This is the primary data asset of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you understand and agree that:

• Your prediction submissions are recorded against your account
• Your aggregate prediction accuracy forms part of your Verified Prediction History
• Your individual prediction data is used to improve Platform personalisation and content relevance
• Aggregated, anonymised prediction data (not identifying you personally) may be licensed to third parties as audience intelligence
• Your Verified Prediction History may be displayed to you on your profile but will not be shared in personally identifiable form with third parties without your consent

6. WhatsApp Data

Where you participate in predictions via WhatsApp, please note:

• WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We collect your WhatsApp number and your responses submitted through our WhatsApp participation channel
• We do not access your broader WhatsApp account, messages with other people, or any data beyond your interactions with our official WhatsApp channel
• By joining our WhatsApp prediction community, you consent to the processing of your participation data as described in this Policy

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers, messaging platforms), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Brand Partners: Aggregated, anonymised prediction data only — no personally identifiable information
• Broadcasters and Research Organisations: Anonymised audience intelligence datasets only
